Welcome to PW Catering (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website (https://www.pwcatering.co.nz) and any catering services you order from us.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services
We provide catering services including private, corporate, film and television and weddings across Auckland and surrounding areas.
All menus, pricing, and availability are subject to change.
Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued.

3. Booking & Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required 14 days in advance on confirmation of your booking.
Balance of invoice is due 7 days at completion of the catering job.
We accept bank transfer.
GST (15%) is included in all quoted prices.

4. Cancellations & Refunds
More than 14 days before event | Full refund of deposit (less $50 admin fee)
14 days before event | 50% of total deposit fee refunded.
Cancellation less than 14 days before event | No refund

In case of force majeure (e.g. extreme weather, government restrictions), we will offer a full refund or reschedule at no extra cost.

5. Changes to Booking
Menu or guest number changes must be made at least 7 days before the event.
Changes within 7 days may incur additional charges.

6. Food Safety & Allergies
We follow MPI NZ food safety standards.
You must inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements at booking.
While we take all care, we cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination.
You agree to hold us non-responsible for any allergic reactions unless caused by our negligence.

7. Delivery & Setup
Free delivery is included within 5km of Auckland CBD. Beyond that, a delivery fee applies.
We arrive 1–2 hours before service to set up.\
You must provide access, power, and a suitable serving area.

8. Liability
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the booking.
We are not liable for indirect losses (e.g. event delays).

9. Intellectual Property
All photos, menus, and content on this website are owned by PW Catering.
You may not reproduce them without written permission.

10. Privacy
We collect your name, email, phone, and event details to fulfil your order.
We comply with the Privacy Act 2020.

11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be resolved in the Auckland District Court.

12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. The latest version is posted here. Continued use of our services means you accept the changes.
